Force4Good give-back fundraisers are coordinated between eligible fundraising organizations and their requested fundraiser hosts. A fundraiser host is typically a restaurant. You will be able to select your desired brand and location for your fundraiser during the fundraiser appliation process. The selected host will determine whether they will accept and schedule your fundraiser or not. Fundraiser hosts may have additional requirements regarding which groups they fundraise with as well as host-specific terms or conditions about how their fundraisers are to be conducted. For example, the fundraiser host may require that your event bring in a minimum amount of sales in order to qualify for a donation. Force4Good is not responsible for the fundraiser host or their terms and conditions.
Force4Good helps organize give-back fundraisers for organizations that are able to receive tax-deductible donations. In the US, this typically means organizations that are tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code including public schools and qualifying nonprofits. Force4Good is not able to support organizations that are not exempt from federal income tax, i.e., organizations that cannot receive tax-deductible donations.
Organizations that do not fit within Force4Good’s guidelines may be rejected or have their fundraiser canceled at any point in the fundraiser process.
In addition to this criteria, Force4Good will not engage with organizations that discriminate against a person or a group on the basis of age, race, gender, gender identity, disability, etc.
Applications are approved by email. You will not be approved if emails to your email address bounce.
Force4Good reserves the right to withhold donations if the fundraiser website is abused and/or used in a manner not in accordance with these guidelines and any other applicable terms and conditions. If your event qualifies, your donation will be written as a check made from your fundraiser host and made payable to your organization. If in the US, the check will be mailed by USPS. Neither Force4Good nor the fundraiser host is responsible for checks that are not delivered due to the incorrect address being provided, nor are they responsible for lost checks.
Fundraisers are a joint effort between your organization and your fundraiser host. You agree to use the Force4Good and fundraiser host names respectfully and professionally throughout the fundraiser process.
By scheduling a Force4Good fundraiser you consent to receiving communications from Force4Good and your fundraiser host.
